Services are provided on a fee for service hourly basis and in some cases under an intellectual property sharing agreement. All engagements for services require our customers to be bound by both a master services agreement some manner of non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Typically in the form of a standard confidentiality agreement (CA), confidential disclosure agreement (CDA), proprietary information agreement (PIA) and/or secrecy agreement (SA.). 

Dennis Gesker also oversees various corporate entities which act as holding companies for other technology related initiatives, projects and intellectual property. Dennis Gesker is the sole operator and steward of the Editorial Commons project.
